About Claire Mula, Founder and Scaling Up™ Coach
Claire Mula is a founder, UTS Industry Fellow, and Scaling Up™ Coach.
After 15 years in marketing, digital media, and general management for blue-chip corporates including Procter & Gamble, Fairfax, and Astro All Asia Networks, Claire co-founded a retail technology platform in Singapore at the dawn of smartphone disruption, shortly after the birth of her second daughter.
From a blank sheet of paper to operations across seven countries, 3,500+ retailer customers, and hundreds of thousands of shoppers, the decade-long journey of starting, scaling, internationalising, and ultimately exiting via a direct sale to an ASX-listed firm taught Claire many hard-won lessons.
Following this sale, Claire shifted her focus to helping other entrepreneurs and leadership teams scale up with confidence and success. Drawing on her extensive experience and research in scaling businesses, she now guides founders and leaders to achieve sustainable growth and lasting change.
