About Jane Kittel

Jane Kittel was appointed Chief Executive Officer at My Plan Manager commencing on 13 January 2020. Under Janes leadership the company has tripled in size, growing its national market share from 12% to 17%.

This has been achieved whilst transforming the organisations people, process, and technology capability. A key part of this included a $15m investment to build a technology platform that enables MPM to scale efficiently and use technology and data to automate processes and optimise client outcomes.

Jane began her career in the financial services industry in 1986 with AMP and joined the Westpac Banking
Corporation in 1995 where she held a range of senior leadership positions.

In her last appointment at Westpac Banking Corporation, Jane was the General Manager, Customer Contact Centres and Customer Experience. Prior to this, Jane was Managing Director of BankSA with responsibility for leading South Australia’s largest bank. Jane took up the role in BankSA in 2010 having led Westpac’s Pacific Banking operation since 2006 where her responsibilities extended across seven South Pacific Island countries.

Ms Kittel has served as a Director and Chair of the Catherine House Board, Chair of the MBA Advisory Board, University of South Australia, Director on the Business SA Board and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jane has previously served as a Director on the Boards of Cash Services Australia, Westpac Bank-PNG-Limited, Westpac Bank of Tonga and Westpac Bank Samoa Limited.

She completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2017 and gained a Bachelor of Management in Employee Relations at the University of South Australia in 1998, and a Bachelor of Teaching in Adult Vocational Education at the University of Technology, Sydney in 1995.
