About the Facilitators

James Pearson

James is a mindset and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience in financial services, investment markets, and corporate strategy. He specialises in emotional mindset coaching, authentic leadership and team engagement. James has his own personal history with stress and overwhelm and a background leading teams in complex, high-pressure environments. He understands the challenges of leadership, burnout, and workplace disengagement.

His coaching approach combines deeper behavioural insights with practical leadership strategies, and he utilises a bespoke approach to helping professionals and organisations build high-performing, emotionally resilient teams that drive sustainable mental well-being and growth.

Adi Chowdhury

Adi is the founder of The Life Tuner Coach, where she partners with women in business and senior leaders to cultivate clarity, confidence and conscious leadership. She currently serves as a senior regional leader in a global risk consulting firm, leading large teams within complex and high-pressure corporate environments. In this role, Adi also mentors and coaches leaders across the globe supporting thoughtful decision making and sustained leadership impact.

Alongside her corporate leadership career, Adi works closely with women in business to help them uncover their true potential, moving beyond self doubt and over functioning while remaining ambitious and purposeful. Her work brings a grounded, considered, and deeply human approach to leadership, shaped by real world experience, a strong commitment to wellbeing, and continuous personal growth.
