About Yamini Naidu
Yamini Naidu, CSP, is an award-winning speaker and best-selling author who helps leaders shift from spreadsheets to stories. With her signature blend of insight, humour and heart, Yamini captivates audiences and equips them with the tools to influence, inspire and lead.
She’s worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Google, Adidas, Ford Motor Company, Goldman Sachs and Tiffany & Co, and is rated among the top three business storytellers globally.
A trained economist turned Bollywood-dancing business storyteller, Yamini co-founded Australia’s first business storytelling company in 2005, and has since built a global reputation for keynotes that are interactive, insightful and packed with powerful storytelling.
Yamini is the author of seven books, including the business bestseller Hooked: How leaders connect, engage & inspire using storytelling. Her latest release, X Factor: Unleash your Presenting Superpower, has just launched globally.
She was recently honoured with the PSA Educator of the Year Award (2025), recognising the impact of her work with clients and her leadership in the field of business storytelling.
Yamini holds postgraduate qualifications from the London School of Economics (as a scholarship recipient) and has taught leadership and management at RMIT University. She is the Director of yamininaidu.com.au, and outside of work, she volunteers as a guide at the National Gallery of Victoria, a role she’s proudly held for over a decade.
